Who We Are

A Residential Practice With an Infrastructure Spine

The Society 18 composes bespoke homes in Bengaluru. We are the residential practice of P&G Enterprise — and that parentage is the whole of the difference.

P&G builds for the public: government-sector commissions, town planning, and the drainage and roads a growing city quietly runs on. That work leaves no room for decoration. It is judged on load, on tolerance, and on whether it is still sound in its tenth monsoon.

We bring that standard indoors. The engineers who calculate a span are the ones who calculate your cantilever; the teams who lay a layout’s deep drainage are the ones who lay yours. A house from us is finished like a home and built like infrastructure. And we measure every commission the same way — not by what it was worth, but by whether it was done properly.

Our Heritage

The Vision of Two Brothers

The name P&G has a long association with Karnataka. What began modestly — a small firm taking subcontract work — became, through the vision of two brothers, one of the state’s most respected infrastructure and development houses. The Society 18 is what that house built when it turned its attention to the home.

We did not arrive at scale. We were built to it, one commission at a time.

That history is precisely why we still hold every stage of a project in-house. We remember what it cost to earn the right to, and we are not inclined to hand it to anyone else.
